Library and Archives Exemption

Section 108 of the Copyright Act is the Reproduction by Libraries and Archives Exemption of U.S. Copyright Law. It allows libraries and archives to make reproductions of copyrighted materials without the permission of the copyright holder, under certain circumstances.
