The Library has a conference room that comfortably seats five. The room number is J14. The room contains a television screen for HDMI hookup, wifi, and outlets for charging. Students may reserve this space by contacting their Northwest Campus Librarian. Instructors wishing to use this space for exams may either reach out to the Northwest Campus Librarian or email Reserve a Room.

When the exam rooms (J12 and J13) are not in use, students are welcome to use the space, but students cannot reserve these spaces in advance.

Instructors may book exam space by contacting Reserve a Room in Little Rock. Students may not book exams for themselves. The exam rooms located in the Library are J12 (the back lab, seats 30) and J13 (the front lab, seats 22). Both labs have a projection screen, Zoom proctoring capabilities, and video monitoring. Scheduling these labs with the Reserve Room email only schedules the space. Instructors must proctor their own exams, or find a proctor. The Northwest Campus Librarian does not proctor exams for any class.

Students and residents have 24/7 access to the front room and study areas of the Northwest Campus Library. Badge access is necessary for entrance. Areas include UAMS-designated computers within the Library study space and Black & White printing. Any problems with computers or printing that occur after hours may be referred to UAMS IT: 501.686.8555. This number is monitored 24/7.
